Associate Program – Designed for Graduating Students
Launch Your Career with Confidence: Join Our Associate Program
Our comprehensive Associate Training Program provides a strong foundation and ongoing support for new stylists and estheticians. This unique opportunity allows associates to refine their skills by working closely with experienced professionals while simultaneously building their own clientele.
What sets our program apart is the dual focus on hands-on experience and personal business development. Associates work side-by-side with a seasoned stylist, gaining real-world knowledge while developing their own guest base.
We also offer free, weekly in-house classes tailored to your individual learning goals—whether you’re perfecting a technique or mastering new trends, we’re here to help you grow. Throughout the six-month program, you’ll also develop the essential tools to deliver exceptional guest experiences and rapidly expand your clientele.
By the end of the program, you’ll have the confidence, skills, and business acumen needed to thrive behind the chair or in the spa.

Estheticians
Our program for estheticians with prior spa experience focuses on developing best business practices and revisiting the fundamental aspects of the guest experience beyond the service. During the training program our continuing estheticians work independently. Behind the scenes, we provide the leadership support and training tools needed for continuing stylists to enhance their skills in retail, product knowledge, prebooking guests, and referrals so that they may build confidence to achieve their goals rapidly. Guest Experience Specialists
At Roots we believe our guest experience starts and ends at our front desk. We value this part of our guest’s experience so we are always seeking friendly and assertive individuals that enjoy interacting with people and take pride in delivering stellar guest service. If you don’t have a cosmetology degree and are interested in a career in a fun and fast-paced salon environment then front-end coordinator may be right for you.
